“I first started to work alongside MPS in the autumn of 2016. In the lead up to the building of our new Mercedes Benz showroom, we would attend meetings on site with the build team. A representative from MPS attended every site meeting, long before security was a consideration; such was their “investment” in the project.
MPS provided our full security package from alarm system, CCTV with motion sensing, infrared-heat detecting cameras and ANPR system. The equipment used is of the highest specification and the workmanship is beyond comparison. MPS have supported me with a dog patrol at a moment’s notice in a challenging incident, and with covert security personal at a VIP event. They cover every aspect of security, but this is not the USP of this company!

“For over 2 decades, MPS has been providing our security systems, inside our store and out. They help us to reduce fraud, shrinkage and to detect issues in real time. We know if a member of staff has fallen, if someone has entered a restricted area, or how many people are in the store.

“We’ve been working with MPS for almost ten years, now. It’s a relationship we value and rate highly. In particular it’s that MPS goes above and beyond, every time. When we are in a tight situation, they respond, without hesitating. If there’s an incident whilst we are out on our rounds, we have the ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) monitoring station recording and working with our crew in partnership, responding as any situation unfolds on the ground.

“Our local police have just returned the three sat nav/radio units stolen from our vehicles last weekend. The cost of the units are over £1000 per unit, so my total damage costs are around £750 rather than £4000. The speed from when the vehicle windows were smashed, alarm raised by MPS, police and MPS canine unit arriving, recovering the units, limited my damage/costs. Whilst speaking to other local businesses in Bolton who have been targeted, the average damage costs are around 15K – 20K (none MPS security system).
